Abstract

In the context of the digital economy, grassroots entrepreneurship increasingly relies on data resources, platform ecosystems, and intangible assets rather than traditional heavy-asset investments. This study investigates the construction mechanism and growth path of a light-asset entrepreneurship model by analyzing the interactions among digital technologies, resource integration, and value creation. A theoretical framework combining resource-based theory, platform economics, and digital transformation is established to explain how entrepreneurs leverage external resources through digital infrastructures. The study further identifies key growth pathways involving data-driven decision-making, platform-enabled collaboration, and dynamic capability enhancement. Results indicate that digital technologies significantly reduce operational barriers, improve resource allocation efficiency, and strengthen entrepreneurial resilience. The proposed framework provides theoretical support for sustainable entrepreneurial development and offers methodological references for digital resource integration, information networks, and intelligent decision-support systems.
