Abstract

Digitalization is reshaping the inheritance of ethnic traditional sports skills and craftsmanship by promoting action datafication, spatial virtualization, and subject networking. By analyzing the shared physicality, ritualism, and symbolism of traditional skills, this study reveals their structural evolution mechanisms in the digital context. A four-dimensional inheritance efficiency model incorporating speed, precision, breadth, and fidelity is constructed, and AHP weighting is combined with deep learning evaluation algorithms. Comparative analysis of martial arts, wrestling, and archery shows that digitalization reduces learning cycles by 27.6% and expands the transmission radius by 18.6 times, while cultural fidelity decreases by 23.7%. The paradox between technical efficiency and cultural loss reflects the tension between technological rationality and cultural logic. Accordingly, a core–periphery dual-track strategy is proposed to seek a dynamic balance between technological empowerment and cultural preservation. The study provides methodological references for motion capture, digital encoding, and wireless sensing-based transmission of embodied skills in engineering and intelligent monitoring scenarios.
