Abstract

In the context of building a strong education country and promoting high-quality industrial development, industry– education integration has become an important path for resolving the mismatch between talent supply and industrial demand in applied higher education. This paper analyzes the optimization and practice path of an applied professional talent training system from the perspective of industry–education integration. Current systems still face key problems, including the disconnection between training objectives and industry needs, the mismatch between curriculum systems and job standards, the gap between practical teaching and real production scenarios, and the insufficient “dual-teacher ” characteristics of the teaching team. Based on collaborative innovation theory, competency-based education, and stakeholder theory, the study proposes a “five-in-one” optimization framework involving training objectives, curriculum system, practical teaching, teaching staff, and evaluation mechanism. The framework supports a full-chain path of demand docking, collaborative construction, practical education, quality assurance, and dynamic optimization. It is also applicable to smart textile engineering and electromagnetic-related training scenarios that require wireless sensing, automated equipment operation, and industry-standard practical platforms.
