Abstract

To address the limitations of natural simulation and personalized adaptability in landscape design, this paper proposes a fractal geometry-based virtual generation scheme that integrates fractal spatial logic and multi-scale geometric modeling to enhance the spatial efficiency and aesthetic complexity of residential environments. By integrating the iteration principle of the Mandelbrot set and parallel computing technology, a multi-scale fractal landscape generation model is constructed to realize the parametric generation and dynamic optimization of landscape elements such as terrain, vegetation and water bodies. Taking 3 typical residential communities as empirical objects, the effectiveness of the technology is verified through comparative experiments: after optimization, the landscape generation efficiency is increased by 61.8%, the natural similarity score is increased by 23.4 points, and the space utilization rate is improved by 18.7%. The research shows that fractal geometry technology can significantly enhance the natural attributes of residential landscapes by simulating complex self-similar spatial structures, providing a new technical path for improving the functional value of residential landscape design.
