Abstract

To address low manual efficiency and punching inaccuracies an integrated intelligent device has been designed to automate the sorting and punching of cadre personnel files in accordance with national document revision standards. The device adopts an integrated architecture of "vibration blowing collaborative sorting+infrared precision detection+ hydraulic driven punching", consisting of a mechanical execution system (vibration module, blowing module, punching module), an automatic detection system, and an intelligent control system.Experimental results on three major sample groups demonstrate that the proposed device achieves an average alignment accuracy of 99.2%, a punching position error ≤±0.3mm, and a document damage rate below 0.1%, fully meeting the technical standards of the Central Organization Department. It realizes the integration of sorting, detection, and punching, providing a reliable and efficient solution for intelligent archive management. The infrared detection and PLC control process also requires attention to electromagnetic compatibility under motor-driven vibration and hydraulic actuation.
