Abstract

The digital preservation and intelligent utilization of large-scale cultural and historical resources require efficient multimodal information acquisition, semantic fusion, and real-time visualization technologies. This study proposes an integrated framework combining multimodal sensing, knowledge graph modeling, and digital twin technology for immersive information presentation and interactive exploration. High-resolution three-dimensional laser scanning, UAV photogrammetry, optical character recognition, and multimodal data fusion are employed to construct structured digital assets from heterogeneous sources. A domain-oriented semantic knowledge graph is developed to organize entities, events, and spatiotemporal relationships, while an event-driven reasoning engine dynamically generates interactive content and scene transitions. A lightweight digital twin framework enables real-time rendering and behavioral simulation in immersive environments. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed framework achieves entity recognition accuracy exceeding 97.8%, maintains an average rendering performance above 110 FPS under most operating conditions, and supports low-latency dynamic content generation. The proposed approach provides an effective solution for multimodal information processing, semantic knowledge representation, digital twin construction, and interactive visualization, offering potential applications in intelligent sensing, virtual environments, and digital information systems.
