Abstract

In the context of the new era, China’s higher art education has entered a stage of high-quality transformation in which aesthetic education, cultural development, and diversified talent demand jointly require renewal of university vocal music teaching. Taking bel canto vocal education as the research object, this study examines the limitations of the traditional one-to-one and skill-centered teaching mode, including insufficient digital support, weak interdisciplinary training, limited stage practice, and a single evaluation system. On this basis, an innovative teaching path is proposed that integrates scientific vocal training, aesthetic cultivation, humanistic interpretation, stage-scenario practice, and digital teaching resources. The study further considers digitally mediated music classrooms in which audio acquisition, wireless transmission, recording platforms, and electromagnetic-compatible stage equipment increasingly affect teaching quality and practical implementation. The proposed model emphasizes blended teaching, digital-assisted feedback, repertoire localization, cross-genre practice, and multi-dimensional assessment. The results provide a systematic reference for improving bel canto vocal education, cultivating compound art talents, and strengthening the engineering-supported transformation of higher art education without weakening the aesthetic and cultural essence of vocal music.
