Abstract

This study investigates the influence of English language characteristics on communication protocol design and proposes corresponding optimization strategies. The analysis focuses on grammatical structure, vocabulary systems, and semantic expression, examining their roles in protocol command standardization, error feedback mechanisms, and protocol document readability. The findings are particularly relevant to wireless communication networks, antenna systems, and electromagnetic information transmission environments, where protocol clarity and interoperability are critical for reliable data exchange. Based on the linguistic characteristics of English, three optimization approaches are proposed: simplifying protocol syntax to improve transmission efficiency, establishing a multilingual-compatible protocol extension mechanism to enhance international adaptability, and developing an intelligent protocol parsing and conversion framework to improve interoperability and robustness. Experimental results demonstrate improvements in transmission efficiency, parsing performance, protocol adaptability, and developer usability. The proposed framework provides a practical reference for communication protocol optimization and supports efficient technical collaboration in modern communication and electromagnetic engineering systems.
