Optimization and Practice of Enterprise Operation Management Experimental Teaching System Supported by 3D Measurement Technology
Main Article Content
Abstract
In the context of intelligent manufacturing and industrial digital transformation, enterprise operation management increasingly requires composite technical talent capable of integrating physical measurement, production simulation and decision optimization. The traditional experimental teaching system is difficult to cultivate students’ engineering practice ability and systematic thinking due to the lack of advanced technology support, disconnection between teaching content and industry, and virtualization of practical scenarios. As the core supporting technology of intelligent manufacturing, 3D measurement technology can achieve accurate acquisition and digital modeling of object geometric parameters, providing data support for core processes such as production process optimization, quality control, and inventory management in operation and management. The deep integration of these technologies with experimental teaching provides a feasible path for upgrading the teaching system to better reflect the high-precision measurement and digital-twin processes required in intelligent manufacturing.
