Innovative Path and Practical Effectiveness Evaluation of Integrating Traditional Culture into College Students’ Mental Health Education
Main Article Content
Abstract
In the new era, college students’ mental health problems show diversified and complex characteristics, while traditional mental health education faces practical difficulties such as content homogenization, single methods, and insufficient cultural adaptability. Excellent traditional Chinese culture contains psychological adjustment wisdom, moral cultivation concepts, and humanistic values that are compatible with the objectives of college students’ mental health education. This article takes cultural infiltration, value guidance, and the integration of knowledge and action as core concepts, systematically clarifies the theoretical basis and practical significance of integrating traditional culture into mental health education. It analyzes existing problems, including insufficient cultural exploration, rigid integration forms, lack of curriculum system, and inadequate teacher capacity, and proposes an innovative path from five dimensions: curriculum reconstruction, educational method innovation, practical platform construction, teacher team construction, and evaluation system improvement. From an engineering perspective, digital platforms, wearable biofeedback devices, and wireless sensor systems can support process evaluation and personalized intervention, provided that signal acquisition and electromagnetic communication reliability are guaranteed.
