Research on the Evolution of New Quality Productivity Driven by Knowledge-Based Human Capital and Optimization of Management Framework

Abstract

As the core engine of new quality productivity, knowledge-based human capital directly affects industrial innovation efficiency and competitive advantage through its accumulation, allocation, and transformation mechanisms. From the perspectives of human capital theory and evolutionary economics, this study systematically analyzes how knowledgebased human capital drives the evolution of new quality productivity and constructs a three-dimensional management framework covering factor activation, co-evolution, and institutional adaptation. Taking intelligent manufacturing and the textile industry as important application scenarios, the study reveals the interactive laws of knowledge embedding, technological iteration, organizational change, and digital transformation. It further explains the marginal contribution of human capital structure optimization to production efficiency, the feedback loop between knowledge accumulation and technological iteration, and the role of digital platforms in amplifying knowledge spillovers. In smart textile manufacturing, electromagnetic sensing, industrial wireless networks, and data-driven equipment monitoring strengthen the interaction between skilled human capital and intelligent production systems. The study proposes implementation paths for dynamic capability cultivation, knowledge governance optimization, and adaptive management, providing theoretical support for upgrading traditional industries.
