Construction of Martial Arts Teaching and Education Path from the Perspective of Integration of Sports and Education

Abstract
The integration of sports and education provides a strategic framework for coordinated development between physical training and cultural education. Chinese martial arts, as a carrier of traditional culture and ethnic sports, have important educational value in physical fitness, moral cultivation, cultural inheritance, willpower formation, and personality shaping. This study analyzes the coupling logic between sports-education integration and martial arts education, defines the concepts of martial arts teaching, martial arts ethics, and educational pathways, and constructs a comprehensive model that integrates physical exercise, moral education, cultural transmission, psychological shaping, and lifelong sport awareness. The study further examines current difficulties in martial arts teaching, including skilloriented instruction, weak cultural interpretation, insufficient resource coordination, and superficial martial-ethics education. It proposes paths involving curriculum reconstruction, teacher collaboration, cultural immersion, competition practice, and family-school-community linkage. The framework supports future data-driven assessment of movement training and campus sports education using digital platforms and movement-sensing technologies.
