Abstract

Understanding multidimensional interaction mechanisms and information propagation across interconnected regional networks has become increasingly important for coordinated industrial development and intelligent decision-making. To overcome the limitations of conventional spatial models based solely on geographic proximity, this study proposes a three-dimensional coupled analytical framework integrating geography, industrial linkages, and financial flows for investigating the impact of digital inclusive finance on regional industrial development. Geographic information, interregional input–output relationships, and intercity digital payment flows are fused through an entropy-weighted coupling strategy to construct a multidimensional spatial interaction matrix. Dynamic Spatial Durbin Models, spatiotemporal geographically weighted regression, and social network analysis are subsequently employed to characterize spillover mechanisms, transmission pathways, and core–periphery structures. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed three-dimensional framework significantly enhances spatial spillover estimation, increasing the spillover coefficient from 0.263 to 0.384 while improving model explanatory power to an R2 of 0.784. Financing constraint mitigation contributes 45% of the mediation effect, followed by technological innovation spillover and industrial linkage transmission. By modeling heterogeneous interaction networks and dynamic propagation behaviors, the proposed framework provides an effective computational paradigm for multidimensional information fusion and offers valuable engineering references for network topology optimization, distributed communication architectures, electromagnetic wave propagation modeling, and adaptive routing strategies in large-scale interconnected systems.
